Flux Screening Series at the Hammer, Los Angeles
The Flux Screening Series at The Hammer presents innovative short films, music videos, feature films, filmmaker retrospectives and the most interesting visual work from around the globe. This month special guests Syd Garon and Sam Spiegel will discuss their artist/animation collaboration for the band NASA. Participating artists include Sage Vaughn, Barry McGee, Shepard Fairey and the evening will feature the premiere of their latest with artist Marcel Dzama.
Also screening new work by Dougal Wilson, Jonnie Ross, Carlos Florez, videos for Radiohead, Goldfrapp, Santogold, the Ghostly Swim project and much more. All this will be followed by a courtyard after-party.
