Anticipate: Sonic Youth Soundtrack For French Mystery "Simon Werner A Disparu"

From IFC: Sonic Youth's next release will be a film soundtrack and one you may never have heard of -- the French murder mystery "Simon Werner a Disparu" premiered at Cannes, but has no US distributor (though IMDB lists it with the US/UK title "Light's Out"). TwentyFourBit reveals the soundtrack will at least get a release, January 25th digitally with a TBA physical release to follow.

The film's set in the early 90's in a small town outside Paris where teens disappear against the discordant wonder of Sonic Youth. MORE HERE
